When it’s more than lunch for a few, the deli builds it: charcuterie boards, meat and cheese trays, box lunches, sandwich platters and prepared salads from Opa’s, family-owned in Fredericksburg, Texas, since 1947. Offices, family gatherings, the welcome spread for a wedding weekend.
No minimum, a day’s notice for most orders, and pickup at the counter, or delivery within Fredericksburg when timing allows.

Pricing depends on what you’re ordering and how many, so call and we’ll quote it. Every meat we make is gluten free, but boards and trays are built at the counter — tell us about allergies when you order and we’ll steer you.
How it works
Order: call 830-997-3358, or order standard boards and trays online.
Lead time: a day ahead is plenty for most orders. For a large one, call earlier and we’ll set a time.
Pickup: at the counter, 410 S Washington St, at least 30 minutes before close (5:30 weekdays, 4:00 Saturdays).
Delivery: within Fredericksburg, depending on timing, for a fee. Ask when you order.
Setup: we don’t set up on site. Everything arrives ready to open and serve.
Keeping it cold: trays and boards travel well across town; we sell insulated bags and gel packs if the venue is farther or the wait is longer.
