What you can order
- Sandwiches and sausage wraps. The wrap is any link on the lineup, any flavor, in a flour tortilla.
- Charcuterie boards and meat & cheese trays for a few people or a table.
- Prepared salads, box lunches, and drinks.
- The packaged smoked meats, bagged and waiting: call with what you want and when you’re coming.

Sandwiches and wraps: same day.
Boards, trays, box lunches: a day ahead is plenty.
Pickup: any time we’re open, at least 30 minutes before close. We close at 5:30 on weekdays and 4:00 on Saturdays, and we’re closed Sunday.
Feeding more than a few?
An office lunch, a family gathering, a wedding weekend: that’s catering, with trays by size, box lunches, and delivery in Fredericksburg when timing allows.
Shipping is a different door
Online ordering is for pickup only. To send smoked sausage, hams, or a gift box anywhere in the U.S., use the online store; it ships cold in an insulated box.

Do you deliver?
Pickup orders, no. Catering orders can sometimes be delivered within Fredericksburg for a fee; see the Catering page.
Can I order the packaged smoked meats for pickup?
Yes. Call the counter with what you want and when you’re coming, and it’ll be bagged and waiting.
Can I ship something from a pickup order?
No. Online ordering is pickup only. The online store ships nationwide.
