The Opa's Sausage Sampler brings together six pounds of our most popular smoked sausages — Country Blend, Beef, Jalapeño Cheddar, Jalapeño, Hatch Green Chile, and Chicken with Poblano and Monterey Jack — paired with two Fredericksburg Farms mustards from our specialty market shelf. Each sausage is crafted in small batches and fully cooked, ready to grill, sauté, or slice.
Build a tasting flight that walks guests through bold to balanced, traditional to Texas — pair the Beef with sharp German Stone Ground Mustard, the Country Blend with Dusseldorf for a heritage plate, and the Hatch Green Chile or Chicken Poblano with avocado for a Tex-Mex morning.
