Opa's Jalapeño Cheddar Summer Sausage builds on our signature summer sausage with bright jalapeño peppers and real cheddar cheese — beef and pork seasoned with German-rooted spices and crafted in small batches. Fully cooked, in a chub or already sliced, with balanced heat and a savory cheddar finish that holds up across charcuterie spreads and casual snacking.
Slice it onto a board with sharp cheddar, candied jalapeños, grainy mustard, and crackers, layer it onto a deli-style sandwich with rye bread and pickled onions, or set it out at a tailgate with pretzels and grainy mustard.
