Opa's Peppered Smoked Pork Tenderloin

Premium pork tenderloin generously seasoned with freshly cracked black peppercorns and smoked to a richly tender finish. Each cut is fully cooked and built to be sliced thin against the grain — the flavor opens at room temperature or with a gentle warm-through, with the leaner pork profile balancing the bold pepper crust.
Set it as the centerpiece for a holiday brunch or Sunday family dinner, slice it thin onto a Hill Country charcuterie board with grainy mustard, fig preserves, and crusty bread, or serve it chilled at a cocktail spread with cornichons and apple butter. Pair it with a sweet apricot or peach glaze for a heritage holiday plate, or fold thin slices into a lunch sandwich with sharp cheddar and a touch of honey mustard. All Opa’s smoked meats require refrigeration, without exception. Generally, smoked sausage has a ninety-day refrigerated shelf life and can be frozen for up to one year. Keep tenderloins and jerky in a well-ventilated, dry area of the refrigerator. Do not store tenderloins or jerky in plastic wrap, plastic bags or any sealed container — these items keep best loosely wrapped in a clean kitchen towel or paper towel.
Preparing Opa’s Smoked Meats:
Our smoked meats are fully cooked and ready to serve. Hams, turkeys and tenderloins are great cold or gently heated in the oven… don’t overheat or these delicious, juicy meats may dry out. Grill our sausage, heat in the oven or on the stovetop in a skillet. It’s especially good simmered in beer. We do not recommend heating sausage in a microwave — it toughens the sausage casing.

STANDARD SHIPPING (48 CONTIGUOUS STATES)
All products are shipped frozen to ensure the quality of your order. All packages are shipped in a sealed styro-foam container packed with frozen gel packs.
While we make every effort to minimize shipping charges for our customers, any order shipped to an address not in Texas will require expedited shipping and handling rates to accommodate shipping requirements for perishable items. These rates are already reflected in the out of state rate chart.
SHIPPING TO ALASKA AND HAWAII
All SHIPMENTS TO ALASKA AND HAWAII MUST BE SHIPPED USING EXPEDITED SHIPPING.
This is in addition to the Standard Out of State Shipping charges added at checkout. You will be contacted by our Customer Service Team to discuss cost and delivery options.

Christmas orders must be received by 8:00AM (CT) MONDAY, DECEMBER 18, 2023, to utilize our Standard shipping.
All orders received after 8:00AM (CT) Monday, December 18, 2023, will automatically be held for shipping after the New Year. Please call our Customer Service Team at 800-543-6750 for possible expedited shipping, at an additional cost, for any anticipated Christmas orders received after 8:00AM (CT) Monday, December 18, 2023.
Standard Shipping for orders received after 8:00AM (CT) Monday, December 18, 2023, will resume on January 8, 2024.
